Ms. Fitte focuses primarily on the design, implementation, and administration of domestic and international estate and business plans. She prepares a wide variety of legal documents related to her work in estate planning and taxation, including wills, trusts, disability documents, corporate bylaws, partnership and limited liability company agreements, and governing documents for private foundations. She also supports the firm’s partners through research and analysis of the far-ranging federal income, estate, and gift tax issues encountered by our multi-jurisdictional and high net worth clients.
Ms. Fitte graduated from Rice University in 2008 with a degree in English, and went on to complete law school at the University of Texas School of Law in 2013. Since then, she has also become a certified mediator, and she has published several articles on international estate planning and taxation.
